We offer FREE climate-neutral shipping on all orders over $40 USD/CAD/EUR.

• Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

• Orders under $40 are subject to flat-rate shipping fees:

  • 🏠 Local CA-Wide Shipping : $5

  • 🌍 International Shipping: $10

Estimated delivery times from our headquarters in Canada are as follows:

• 🌍 Worldwide Shipping: 7-15 business days

• 🇨🇦 Canada-Wide Shipping: 2-7 business days

• 🏠 Local London Delivery: 1-2 business days

• Rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.

• During high-volume sale periods, processing and delivery may take additional time.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the next business day.

• Orders placed during sales or holidays may take longer due to increased volume.

• For security purposes, Chaotic Closet reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays, make sure your billing and shipping details match those on file with your card issuer.

• Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable sales taxes at checkout.

• No additional customs duties are charged on domestic orders.

• Prices are listed in CAD, USD, or EUR, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties.

• Chaotic Closet covers and pays all applicable duties and local customs fees for international orders.

• However, we are not responsible for customs delays or any additional charges outside of our control.
