We accept returns on items purchased online at www.chaoticcloset.com or in-store within 15 days of your delivery date (online orders) or purchase date (in-store). Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and accompanied by the original receipt.

• Items must be returned with the original receipt.

• Returns and exchanges must be within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

• Return shipping is at your own expense unless you drop it off in-store.

Absolutely! You have 14 days from your delivery date to exchange an item for something else or receive store credit. Exchanges and store credits are processed in-store only or after we receive your return by mail.
