Returns

If you want to Return an Item purchased at chaoticcloset.com or In-Store, you have 15 days  from the shipping confirmation date of your order to Request a return, by filling this form.

If your request is approved; you can bring it to one of our stores or ship it back on your own expense. Items must be in original condition as it was sold in.

The refund will be processed in 3-5 business days via the same payment method, when we receive the items back in our store.

Exchanges/Store Credit

All items purchased Online or In-Store are eligible for:
-Returns within 7 Days of purchase date.
-Exchange/store credit within 15 days of purchase date.

-Items must be in original condition as it was sold in.

-Must be accompanied by original receipt.

You can bring it to one of our stores or ship it back on your own expense.
